The wiki page associated with the distributed data processing project I did at NSU is found here. In a completely open source environment I developed a work order tracking system utilizing technologies like Spring, Hibernate, Java, MySQL and Tomcat running on Apache. I learnt a lot collaborating with professor Escobar on that project.
One of my favourite media training websites, CG Arena.
When I wanted additional comprehensive training on various topics, I would visit VTC.
For product specific training I would visit Total Training, they don’t have much on open-source topics but they were helpful.
You can take a look at my 3d stuff here (made using 3Ds Max and Softimage XSI).
My web programming & design project can be seen here (dynamic website). The challenge was to create a static html website first, then convert that static website into a dynamic website (utilizing php & mysql) using while retaining the same look and feel the static website had. We later converted that dynamic website (php & mysql) into another type of dynamic website utilizing Ruby on Rails. I am unable to show the latter website as my current webhost does not support the Ruby On Rails technology.
My distributed data processing project “Dentalworkorders” can be seen here.
